Religious Zealot = Obsessed with religion

Roman Catholic is my formal belief (religion), and yes I am practicing my religion, but I am not a religious zealot, in fact, I am a little bit more into spirituality (Catholicism spiritual). I like Roman Catholic because I like the idea of statues and paintings in the church, look artistic and I like the classical song of Ave Maria .
I do respect other people’s belief and they should respect my belief as well. Fair, right? 🙂

Frankly speaking, I do not like hypocrite people who are religious zealot. I don’t call it religious but more into obsessed with religion.

In my logical mind, religious zealot people are out of mind, kind of suffer from mental problem!

In my imagination, they are filled with negative spirit and they transfer negative energy.

Why I call them have mental problem?! I have real experience with my sister in law, good God, she really has problem with her mind, an example of one who is into obsessed with religion, a Christian heresy and she keep moving from one heresy to another one. Mostly christian heresy has no church, so they attend the gathering in hired building. Sometimes she becomes a family priestes (a priestes for her spouse and her only daughter at their home). She has not even studied theology. Thank God she has no other followers, or it might be possible one day she will proclaim herself as a woman prophet. Geezuz!
She also obsesses with her spouse (my brother). So, tell the truth I am kind of having fun to tease by asking her ‘Are you ready when your spouse die first?’
I like to ask her this question over and over, because I can watch her drastically change, she immediately starts to show her hidden mental disorder. She laughed and said in her weird confidence:

‘Jesus has been spoken to me personally, we have into deep conversation and Jesus told me when will I die and big possibility both me and my spouse will die at the same time.’

I asked her ‘was it in a dream?’

She answered, ‘it was real not a dream.’
(my own opinion, either she lied or it was her own delusion).

It makes me questioning myself, had Jesus ever revealed when one dies?! Or maybe I did miss something in the bible??

I said to her, ‘as far as I know, death is God’s secret.’

She answered ‘God has no secret with me, I am one among of the chosen ones who are definitely will be saved and enter heaven.’

Due to her obsession with religion, it makes her avoid to know about lot of information knowledge. When I ask her about CERN or God particle, she doesn’t want to know, it’s evil research. Astrology is evil. Works of Art such statues, paintings are the works of evil. Somehow, her ambiguity shows clearly that she is unstable mentally.. she believes in feng-shui! Dang.

I feel kind of pity with her mental unstability, yet I do not like a lot her hypocrisy.

I must admit that sometimes bad thought comes into mind, want to know what will happen when her spouse is leaving her away? Seriously, I want to know!
Can she maintain her obsession to religion? Or, is she going to stay in mental place at the end? Or maybe, commit suicide or?!?!

Dominus Deus, mea culpa, miserere mei..

The relationship between religion and schizophrenia

A common report from those with schizophrenia is some type of a religious belief that many medical practitioners consider to be delusional – such as the belief God is talking to them.
Schizophrenia can be triggered by a variety of environmental and it is possible that religion itself may be a trigger for schizophrenia. It has been shown that those with schizophrenia who suffer from religious delusions are extra-religious than those who do not suffer from these delusions.
